Thought I’d review as a lot of old ones mentioning price !? I pay £12 for my son (2yrs old) and i to attend this soft play, that’s a bargain when you look at places like 360 charging over £20 that’s London prices ! so it’s great value, my son loves it he uses all of the features they have to offer especially loves the football field !! We visit almost weekly. Knocked off two stars for the rude and unenthusiastic staff ! Which ruins the day out , you work with kids !? Don’t like it leave ? You truly ruin the atmosphere here, management need to shake up who they want representing their company!

I 1st time going- receptionist seem grumpy and didn’t even say good morning. Coffee was good with small biscuit. Had to be let out for safety reasons obviously but again no thanks for coming or hope you had a great time etc. Great place for KIDS safe and well laid out. Some staff need a wake up call - don’t like the job - leave - simple - rudeness spoils the atmosphere. Manners cost you nothing.

My daughter enjoys it here but the pricing seems expensive for what it is. It is a little tired aesthetically. Baby changing facilities are also quite poor. I was astonished to be told that I also needed to pay entry for my baby in addition to paying entry for myself and daughter. He is not yet even five months old and sat on my lap for the duration of the session. He would not be able to enjoy or benefit from the facilities in the baby section as he is still too little so this seems a little ridiculous.

The soft play is good but the place needs refreshing, especially bathrooms, and they are very very expensive. For that reason we do not go often. We could come more frequently if they charged less - £4 for me (who does not want to play!) is frustrating and £10 per child.
